Good Points

Great detail from beginning to end. Friendly and reliable travel consultant who gave me both the good and bad points about each hotel we discussed


Bad Points

None - I book 4 holidays a year and have never had such good service - I have now booked with them 3 times.


General Comments

I am surprised at how good the service was - I got exactly the same holiday another company was offering me - including flight times and hotel accommodation - but they saved me nearly £120 per person and offered a much better service at that.
I got confirmation 2 days later with a nice letter and a membership card too - for savings on future holidays!
I have never written a review before but felt it necessary to do so on this occassion as a company that provides a good service deserves to do well.
