Good at saying sorry no matter how many times I call on the customer service call centre.
Designers clothes arrived damaged, took 3 weeks to deliver, didn't collected damaged clothes, therefore returned in post. Big hassle, 7 days to repy to e-mail, took money from credit card on day of order but took 7 weeks to get refund. No way of knowing how delivery was progressing. Very bad customer service as they had no information and were ineffective. Not recommended.
