Good Points

Driver pick up was fine.


Bad Points

No VAT invoice issued (and it was never stated that they wouldn't, in fact repeatedly promised) despite at least 5 separate emails requesting this. Very poor telephone service and communication. Took ages to get a quote on 'exceptional value' insurance and no paperwork provided to confirm that I'd purchased the insurance despite repeated requests and promises that it would be sent.


General Comments

Very poor service generally, although it was good value for money, and the time spent on the phone and sending emails, and worrying about the outcome, was not worth the financial saving. Fortunately the package arrived at its European destination without a hitch, but I wouldn't like to have tried claiming on the special insurance I bought, since parcel fusion never provided any paperwork confirming I'd bought it!
