Good Points
Customer service agents are very nice

Bad Points
False advertising! They actually do have a connection fee (even though it's listed on the website as having none) which they categorize as roaming charges. Isn't that the point of having a calling card... so that you can be mobile and call from any region you want. Also, they will charge you different rates depending on the time of the day that you call (they advertise calls as costing 1.7 cents per minute but will charge as much as 5 cents per minute during peak weekday hours)

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BECAUSE OF THE UNETHICAL AND FALSE ADVERTISING OF THIS COMPANY!

This is totally out of reallity about that company, I use it once in a while and i have read all of the policies they have and they are as fair and clear as any company will need to be. If you call a local access number that is outside your local area, and you are traveling, it is a charge for your cellphone, therefore use the toll free number, that is clearly shown that has a extra charge on the phone card. I suggest all my friends to read all the information because the page is really clear. It is not the companys fault. It is your fault if you dont arm yourself with knowledge. Read the information before purchasing and you will have a Great and transparent Experienced!!!
