Good Points

Runs seamlessly compared to other anti-virus programs which need to inform you of their operation when sending emails. Updates consistently and regularly.


Bad Points

Had an issue with Outlook that required me to update and download a newer version... should have had the newer version without running into the problem first.


General Comments

I was frustrated with Norton Antivirus letting a virus in to my computer, and searched for another alternative. After trying out Panda Antivirus Titanium, I liked the interface and decided to install Titanium. I have had two problems with it, the first caused my leftover Norton entries in my registry, and the second one outlined in the Bad Points above. The tech support online (via email) is not as good as a quick phone call to North Carolina. They warn you that you'll be charged after three minutes as an individual user, but they have always solved my problem in three minutes or less, so it's a non issue. My guess is that those who don't like this product are running into registry problems which are prevalant wherever you go...
