Bad Points
No bad points about the product whatsoever - my husband gets woken up with my processor in the morning but nothing else.
General Comments
I have been trying to loose weight for a good couple of years. I've tried doing so myself, hypnosis, diet classes - you name i tried it. I have been using shapeworks herbalife for just over a month and i have lost 21lbs. I feel fantastic and its not complicated to follow. I'm doing the 3 months shapeworks programme and its doing what no other diet has done for me - loosing a regular amount of weight every week and having more energy. I'm not kidding myself on with this diet. I'm following it to the letter and I'm getting good results. You can mix the powder with semi skimmed milk. I'm using soya milk which gives it an even sweeter taste. Before choosing herbalife I checked this site and other sites for reviews. None of the reviews were recent so i thought i would post this myself.
