Cleanliness and customer service. These people want your money without doing anything for it.

This hotel is disgusting - do not choose the Magico Bronzo.

We had booked the hotel Tlos but we were switched to the Magico Bronzo by Goldtrail when we arrived in Turkey. The Goldtrail rep. told us this was an upgrade. If it was then the Tlos must be a cave. The Magico Bronzo is constantly dirty - the "chambermaids" do not clean the floors and do minimum cleaning in the bathroom. The rest of the hotel is run by young boys who never seem to wash or change their clothes. Everyone is looking for tips - even the guy who runs the over-priced shop in the hotel.

We were on an all inclusive holiday here, although Goldtrail do not tell you that it is "soft" all inclusive. This means that you still have to pay for things like ice creams and for drinks at the bar after 11 p.m. Interestingly, the price of drinks seems to increase more the later it gets.

Most of the sun beds by the pool are old and broken and need to be replaced. The Goldtrail rep. at this resort was worse than useless and even seemed unable (or unwilling) to provide people with complaint forms when requested. The only time anyone ever saw her was when she arrived to get her free meals at the hotel. The food was pretty good though, although the hot meals were usually cold by the time we got them. We noticed that the chicken cooked on a barbecue one day was under-cooked with blood still dripping when the meat was cut so we gave that a wide berth.

The best advice we can give is to definitely avoid this hotel and also do not book through Goldtrail. This company does not care once they have your money and the reps are useless!
