General Comments

I thought i was getting a good deal when I agreed to a 12 month contract with these jokers (Cellular Operations). I then discovered that I had been lied to about the contract I agreed too. Everything from the monthly line rental to how many free minutes I got turned out to be different from what I was told. Of course I didn't find this out until I recieved my first invoice after the 14 day grace period was over. I tried to cancel my contract recently as its now approaching the end of my 12 months and was told that my 12 month contract is actually 12 months + 30 days. I was advised of none of this and when I complained I was told it was in my terms & conditions, a copy of which I have never seen. Also, when you phone customer services you are patronised, insulted then ignored and when you request to speak to a manager they hang up on you. Do not ever use this company and hopefully they will have to cease trading.
