They have a lot of nice clothes
The prices are too high. There are too many clothes crammed on the rails, and the shoes have only a few size ranges. Plus, the staff were too busy chatting to serve anyone.
Don't get me wrong, I like New Look, but the staff are never any help. They're too busy chatting and not serving, and the clothes and shoes are too highly priced. The clothes are crammed on the rails, and there is not enough room to walk round.
