Good Points

Great price and accuracy for the money. received mine from sports authority about 6-8 years ago as a gift. Shoots the same as when I received it. This was my first ever air rifle

Bad Points

The trigger is a little tight but have learned to use it. Looks like I will need to replace the o-ring at the break soon.

General Comments

This was a gift from my in-laws. It has been a very consistent riffle. The Gamo Hunter 220 combo shoots the same as it did many years ago. No problems with the BSA scope. Never had it slip or nor was it blurry. The cross hairs are as they should be. Very little adjustments to the scope after all these years. I can not compare it to another air riffle since this is my first. I just purchased last week the Gamo Hunter Extreme and will be using that riffle once by birthday arrives in 9 days. Look for that review soon. This is a great entry level riffle because of the price but this riffle means business. I have only used this rifle for target shooting since I live in a track home and have no yard. (20-30 yards). After reading some reviews I will be purchasing a couple of GRT-III triggers from Charlie. Thank you people for their help in the trigger matter. For a riffle at this great value you can't expect everything to be perfect and for the reviews that do not like the 220. Not all riffles are going to be that same. Unfortunately their are going to be some lemons in the bunch. If you get one get it replaced because the most are great riffles. Nothing has broken or been modified. Riffle is stock. I can get groupings all day long at 25 yards no greater than 1.5". The 7 out of 10 for handling was for the trigger. Hope all this helps.
