General Comments

I have had the Continental Finance card for two months. Since then, I have made two payments. The first one went through with no problem. I did it bill pay through my bank. It was a week early. My available credit reflected the payment immediately. This last payment though it was a totally different story. I received a bill stating that payment was due on the 31st. Beginning two weeks before billing date I began receiving relentless phone calls and emails claiming to be courtesy reminders of the payment due date!! The last time they called me they told me that the bill was due on the 29th. BIG PROBLEM. I did take care of it though through a Western Union transfer. However, it has been 5 days and the payment, although cleared through my bank will not reflect on my card till the 7th!!! Unbelievable. I am just going to pay it down, rebuild some credit, close it and chalk it up to a bad experience.
