Prices are low, about 10% lower than my local dealer.
Sales service via internet and telephone was poor, after you've committed to purchase a car from them and paid the deposit.
Based on that I dread to think what the after sales service would be like, fortunately I've not had to test it.
I bought a 14 month old car that had not had its annual service, it took around a dozen emails / phonecalls plus a chat with my trading standards office before they confirmed that the "promised advertised warranty " was valid - although I still had to pay for the "missed" service to validate it! My advice is to check that any promised warranties are valid and always ask them for written confirmation. Furthermore ensure you know your legal rights or simply go to your local dealer instead.
