Good Points

Free banking


Bad Points

No 'customer service'. Takes too long to get through on phone. Cannot use branch. I have found the staff are rude and unhelpful.


General Comments

Would never recommend Abbey business internet business banking and we have come to the conclusion that sometimes it is better to pay for business banking because this at least offers some customer service.
