Good Points

The consumer solutions department at Merial were very helpful and friendly.

Bad Points

It did not work. Expensive and useless for our dog and cat.

General Comments

Merial the manufacturers were very helpful, but there product just didn't work. We tried it for 6 months (as Merial stated there could be a problem in our area - a "flea burden' or 'flea challenge' as they call it). But we switched to Revolution as we just couldn't leave it any longer and the fleas were gone in days! We went from 100s of eggs noticeable in the dog's bedding every morning to absolutely none within days of starting Revolution - amazing!
