Friendly Staff.
Excellent service all through from Check In onwards.
Free soft drinks on asking throughout flight.
Good meals.
Good selection of In Flight films, videos & music
Exceptional value for money.
Seats could be slightly softer for a long flight.
Head rests could be better shape for sleeping.
Budget price with deluxe service, really got the impression that all the Staff/Crew were interested in giving good service ... They deserve to succeed!
