I would argue this company did not live up to the promises they made me.


General Comments

I feel I have had the most awful experience dealing with this company. My little grandson's polar bear got left behind in a hotel in Majorca and I contacted Coliglia to arrange for pick up and delivery to me. All I seemed to get was a runaround and fairy stories about the return of the little boy's bear. Originally I was told that delivery would take about 2-3 days and after more than a week I am still no further forward. I still don't know if they know the whereabouts of the parcel or anything. It is very frustrating for me and quite heartbreaking for my grandson who is only 3 and doesn't understand where his bear is.

    As a director of Coliglia, I can hold my hands up and say things went wrong with this collection, it was a very unfortunate situation whereas our overseas agent was telling us these stories of woe of why they couldn't pick up, or they hadn't, we tried to inform the customer of what was going on, to the best of our information. If that information is wrong we are not always the first to know.
    We no longer use this agent to do our collections, we apologized and I'm aware we refunded the customer their money, which is not mentioned in this review.
    As a courier company we process 1000,s of parcels each week and we want them all to go right, because when it goes wrong it’s a lot harder for us.
