They delivered my mobile quickly and on time. I had no problems taking out the contract.
Bad Points
They never give cashback!
General Comments
Mobileshop.com are very very quick in signing you up to their services, and even in delivering your new phone. They make out that you are getting a very good deal, and if they followed through with it, it would be a good deal. But try claiming cashback from them and you will struggle! I waited over 100 days for the first set of cashback, which they said they would send within 60 days. Every time I tried to speak to somebody, they just offered me vouchers instead, saying they had technical problems. Do note though that the technical problems are never in taking the money from your bank to pay the bill every month - only in giving you your money back! I eventually conceded and said they could give me the first cashback claim in vouchers, but only because it is coming up to Christmas and I can use Argos vouchers anyway, any other time and I would have held out! They were very quick in delivering the vouchers, but that isn't what I signed up for. I have had cashback contracts now for several years, always with onestopphoneshop.com, and I have never had problems. This year I switched to Mobile Shop, and I can't get any money back! I can not wait to cancel my contract with them and switch back to my usual.
