Staff on the plane where fine, food presentable, saw the Northern Lights.
Late departure 2 hours both directions, plane too small (737) business class consisted of having a middle seat empty but no extra leg room, two stops before New York first in Knock then 1 hour fifty minutes to Reyjavik in Iceland for refueling followed by 5 hours 30 minutes to New York.
Overall a pretty poor show, delays, plane too small for the journey, too many stops, return journey consisted of two hour delay, then fly to Bangor Maine to refuel, then 6 hours 15 minutes to Knock only at point of landing in fog pilot decides to climb and divert to Shannon Airport to refuel another two hours on the ground before finally arriving at Liverpool, two flights consisting of over 12 hours sitting on the plane in both directions, never again and I would not recommend them to anyone.
