Good Points

None. It looks like a washing machine.


Bad Points

The cycles are far too long, way longer than my previous Hoover. Within 3 months of purchase, it was not spinning properly. After 8 months, the indicator light never went out.


General Comments

Having logged the no-spin problem over weeks (wasting hours) I emailed the list to Beko, twice, with no reply. Finally sent a letter and an engineer was sent out in Sept.. Corrected the light, but a few days later, the spin stopped again. On Oct. 30th, another repair, to replace a circuit board which was too sensitive for the spin cycle. Machine running as I write, but not spinning; will have wet washing yet again. Now only three weeks away from the 1 year guarantee running out, Beko don't seem to want to know. How I regret not buying a Hoover.
