Good Points

Able to connect to many Messenger Services, Able to get some functionality that the other Messengers use.

Bad Points

Not able to offline history of most Messengers.

General Comments

It is a product I like using. I find that most of the functionality is what I need so that I don't have multiple IM services and saves CPU and RAM usable. Not able to offline history of most Messengers, ie. if you are offline and a friend IM's you, you cannot receive that message. Try to get the latest gadgets that the other IM Services use.
