Good Points

They're fairly cheap, and they talk the talk.


Bad Points

They don't walk the walk though.


General Comments

TNT have on FIVE separate occasions listed that I "was not home on attempted delivery to residential address". I take great offence at this because I have had to take several days off work to wait at home for a delivery and TNT consistently fail to deliver. Time after time I phone them and they check my address details and promise that it will be delivered the next day, and yet again it seems I am being taken for a fool, I would not order an item and then (for several consecutive days) be unavailable for a delivery. Who do they think I am?

On balance, I would recommend not using this courier.
