Good Points

They were cheaper than average, so we risked losing slightly less money.


Bad Points

The most ironically named web site, they frankly only care about their profits and not a jot about your baby!


General Comments

We purchased a Tomy Walkabout Premier Advance from the Baby Security site, which was clearly faulty from the day we plugged it in, we couldn't hear our baby over all the weird noises and hiss coming out of it. Monitors are always tricky, but we have a 3 year old Tomy monitor, which still works fine for our other child, so there is no reason why a new one shouldn't work better. We returned the offending device to babysecurity.co.uk, who refused to accept there was anything wrong with it, refused to refund or exchange it and only offered us £15 against a new purchase, on a £55 monitor. They then said they would send it back to Tomy to look at, proceeded not to and then emailed 3 days later saying "we still have your monitor, what do you want us to do with it"? Eventually, Tomy offered to replace it for us, but Baby Security refused to even cover the cost of sending it to Tomy. Luckily, Tomy have a freepost address. So after 4 weeks of not being able to monitor our baby, we finally have a working device.
