I purchased a yard works mower from Canadian Tire, we prep it with gas and oil and used it once. The second time I went to use it I got 1 length of the yard and it seized up. I took it back to Canadian Tire and after getting the run around and being told that I DID NOT put oil in it, they sent it to the yard works "guy" and he said the same thing. I know I physically put the oil in and some how I did not. I week old and now I have a $300.00 lawn mower that NO ONE will replace or refund my money. It is a shame, instead of telling me I did not do something that I said I had done .. then perhaps see why it is not working - imagine that perhaps there was a defect... nope---no oil... buyer beware.
