Easy on line check in
Awful staff
Unfortunately we have taken several Qantas flights over the last month. I can cope with the in-flight entertainment not working on one long haul, I can cope with the air con being too cold and therefore not being able to sleep, I can even cope with not being offered one single drink from the bar in 12 hours even though on holiday, but I can't cope with some of the staff which were miserable from the start to finish who were quite blatantly irritated by any request made, and who only smiled when necessary (entering and leaving the plane). Come on Qantas !!!! It's time this was sorted, I am not the only one to comment am I ?
