Facilities were second to none. Childrens toilet seats on all pedastalls and baby change had an adult loo too (usually lacking).
Extra charging for some attractions.
Undeclared height restrictions,
Not quite working diggers but not out of commission hence the children thought they were doing somthing wrong.
45 minute queues from the '30 mins' sign
As we're annual pass holders, we didn't get a 'heads-up' as to the special events showing on the day of our visit - nor were we offered 'lost parent' stickers as standard.
We have great kids that deserve a treat, while this place is a 'Theme park', it can feel more like an endurance test. We find so much of our day is spent queueing, they only actually go on 3 'rides' per visit. 45 minute queues are a bit prohibitive and the 3 minute ride simply doesn't seem worth it. The 4 year old gets bored queueing so gave up and sat out with me to wait for the rest of the family. I wonder how much fun it's going to be by the end of our annual pass - whether they'll be begging us to renew or quite happy for it to lapse?
