Bad Points

No Hot water to bath, Tiny Shower. Spa Bath next to car park in view of people passing. Regular Fire Alarm Interruptions. Pool Closed, Queue for breakfast table, noisy. Poor customer service, over priced and not going back.


General Comments

The week end was supposed to be a celebration and turned into an ordeal, two sleepless nights due to fire alarm problems, no hot water to the bath for two days, shower door broken for two days, staff did not respond to request to rectify the situation. The spa bath was located one step from the car park in view of all and the heated outdoor pool was closed. If management had been available we would have checked out on the third day. We have complained since our visit and received no acknowledgment or resolution to our dissatisfaction, vastly over priced and poor quality.
