Identifies 12 body shapes as opposed to the basic three that you always hear about.

General Comments

I've always loved Trinny & Susannah and their latest book, the body shape bible is a really good read. Very good advice for real women and the fact that they have identified 12 different body types shows that they are aware of the many shapes and sizes that us women actually are! I found it really easy to identify my body shape and have actually taken some of their advice on board and bought some new clothes to suit my 'hourglass' figure.

A fun and useful read and a must for every woman. There'll be a few copies winging their way to my friends for Christmas gifts!
