It's only been two months since I applied for the Chase bank Perfect credit card, and I'm already hating it. Every representative I talk to about a transaction concern says different things. I check my statement online daily, and whenever an unexpected fee is applied I have called Chase and inquired about it. Every one I talked to has said that they will reverse the amount and change my due date. However, I stress the point to them that this should not have happened in the first place, because when I first open such account I specifically ask questions about payments, and they reassured me that my schedule payments of such date will be fine. Therefore, I should not be charged a late fee. Worst, Chase charge me $39.00, and when they try to credit it back, they credit it with $29.00. What is that? Where did the $10.00 go? I hope they read the reviews and make improvements with their communication with their client so that there is no misunderstanding in the future.
