General Comments

Well Groomed Formal Hire in London promised a garment a day before I needed it at the latest, but they did not deliver and I asked for a refund cheque because they didn't come through as promised with the garment. They agreed, but no cheque / refund arrived after 10 days as agreed. Then 30 days later I called and the person I spoke to acted bemused that a refund had not been given. He said he would send one right away, and I gave them the benefit of doubt. Another 10 days passed and I had to call again. Once again, he was bemused and said he will get one sent out. Another 10 days pass and nothing, same conversation and the wait carries on...

I am now finding out what action I can take to get the simple refund that I was promised. I see there are good reviews here, but would I recommend them? No!

    Well Groomed would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused. A refund of £40 was initially sent, around the time of the royal mail strike. However, when we were informed that it had not been received, there was a short delay in sending another cheque. We apologise for this.

    With regards to the hire suit, we offered our apologies at the time and alternatives were suggested. We were unable to process your order due to a number of reasons. The team at Well Groomed set very high standards in customer service; we will take your comments constructively and ensure that this does not happen again. Thank you for your feedback and if you ever need a suit again please give us an opportunity to impress you with the quality of our service that has been experienced by all of our other clients.
