Bad Points
Dirty. Shabby. Room telephone u/s and reception would not allow us to contact our Rep.. Hotels web site says recently refurbished to european standards. I have never seen a hotel so dirty and of such poor standard.
General Comments
This hotel was awful and what I consider to be essential items in Gambia such as room fridge and air conditioning were extra and would have cost us an extra £250 for our two weeks. We immediately transferred to the Senegambia at Kololi where aircon and fridge were included making a much finer hotel actually cheaper. I would recommend the Senegambia to anyone but the Palm grove to no one.
