No steam


General Comments

My Hoover SteamVac does not produce STEAM nor in any way contributes to the heating of tap water.
The product name is False advertising.
For $199 , We could have bought a bissell that at least provides additional heat for the tap water.
Also the customer support person said, "it's just a name".
Yep!!! That's what her and her manager said.
