Good Points

It really works, I've been doing it for only a few weeks (about 3) and my stomach is REALLY hard and the way Davina acts throughout is very cheery and encouraging.

Bad Points

It makes you muscles ache! (But I suppose that's a good thing because it shows it's working!)

General Comments

I would definitely recommend it for anybody, whether you just want to tone up or lose weight, or both! Well done Davina!!
