Good Points
Initial impression OK. The online system showed air fare offers reasonably quickly and online booking was comparable to most of the agents.
Bad Points
Total lack of email communication with customer other than automated responses when small problems arise i.e. itinerary changes. Also this is a company that charges its customers to speak with them on the telephone making telephone communication a profit centre.
General Comments
Once this company has your money they very quickly lose interest.
The quality of service at best, is basic, at worst, rock bottom compared with companies I have used in the past.
After my experience with "Opodo" I would never use them again and could not recommend them to anyone.

I found this review very helpful because...it reflected accurately the complete lack of support from this company once they have debited your credit card. Their telephone help simply pumps out music, never replies and finally cuts off without you being able to speak to anyone. They advertised an air connection from Brussels to Schiphol and after payment simply substituted a rail connection from Antwerp only. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company, review their offers on their web site and then go directly to the airline company and see if you cannot get the same deal directly from the airline.
