Good Points

Great customer service, great finance option too!


Bad Points

None really, bit of a high "over the limit" fee ($35)


General Comments

I am very young and therefore did not have much credit in my own name. The Bank of America Visa was not only the ONLY card to approve my application, but they also exceeded my expectations in the way of interest rate, credit limit, and ease of use. Applications, bill pay, and customer service are all online a well as on the phone. When I received my card, my husband warned that since the card sounded too good to be true, there were probably a lot of hidden activation fees and a high interest rate. The VERY informative and patient service representative told me that there were no activation fees or annual fees, in addition to the fact that they were waiving all of my interest charges until six months from my activation. Great card, great customer service, and they actually MEAN equal opportunity!!!
