“I usually have to get the TAP flight down to work in...”

I usually have to get the TAP flight down to work in Angola every 2 months to go to work. After the shuttle from Heathrow which is mainly on time, the plane from Lisbon to Luanda is usually late to take off. TAP have lost my luggage twice within a year. Once I got it back after a couple of days the second time it was permanently lost. Service is average, with food being pretty basic fare.
