Courteous and helpful reception and restaurant staff. Excellent choice of food, good entertainment, friendly atmosphere. Good, friendly maid service. Very clean throughout. Within easy walking distance of beach and port. 20 minutes walk to old part of Alcudia. We were not hassled by timeshare and other sellers unlike other resorts. Flights and transfers both ways were punctual and relatively relaxing.

Only half of the hotel was in use which made things quieter and more relaxed. We booked only 36 hours before flying and were impressed with the smoothness of the check-in procedure etc with Thomson
