I was looking for a diet that was easy to follow but also made you feel as though you were part of a supportive community and the Boots diet is perfect for this. There are lots of helpful tips and also a chance to get in touch with people who are doing the diet as well. It is very convenient because you can log on at any time and I do not feel restricted and limited in my food choices.
Bad Points
It can be a little bit difficult to use the on line diet form at first and also the food comparison site.
General Comments
So far I am loving the Boots Diets and have already made my first diet buddy who is roughly the same height as me and trying to lose the same amount of weight which is really nice!!!
