General Comments
I have tries all sorts of eyeliner, even spending £16 on a Lancome Liner Design, that was not waterproof so no laughing allowed. Having trudged around all the make up counters of Debenhams, husband and daughter in tow, I ended up in Boots, tired and fed up and finally stumbled across Urban Decay 24/7 Eye Pencil. Now I don't want a messy pot of liner and brush that I need to clean as I want easy, quick application that stays on and doesn't run at the corners or smudge like panda eyes and boy is this just perfect. It glides on as it's a gel-like. As it's a pencil you can see when it's nearly finished instead of guessing if the bottle is empty. Just read the info on Boots.com about it.
