The person I spoke to was very rude and completely unhelpful (am I bothered). The opening hours are on the answer machine but don't try to call at opening times or before closing times: they're in a different time zone. If the driver has too many parcels on a Friday, he just stops delivering and on the parcel tracking service you will see the status change into 'delivered'. Despite having lost a whole day, you have to wait till Monday.
ANC Courier Service I found to be a waste of space! Screwfix started using them too and if that continues, I won't be using screwfix again.
