A poor and dangerous tool.
General Comments
This Poulan 3416 was purchased as a refurbished unit from Princess Auto. It is a piece of rubbish - no fault of Princes - a good company. I have spent more time trying to make it run or keep it running than using it. The odd time it runs like a Swiss Watch and the next time it's useless. The only way to get it to run is with the fast "idle" setting "on" where it may then start but "idle" too fast, which engages the centrifugal clutch and chain - not very safe to climb a ladder to limb a tree with. My recommendation is give this saw a wide birth and buy something better. It is a poor and dangerous tool.
