Good Points

Its was good to have HSBC credit card as it was my 1st credit card.


General Comments

After having banked and used credit card for nearly 2 years... I recently received a letter from HSBC that The Account review Team has decided to close all my banking facilities with hsbc, with 30 days notice and credit limit reduced to £500 with immediate effect and overdraft limit cancelled.

I had never gone above my credit limit nor have incurred any charges... even my salary comes into hsbc account.. then too for no reason they want to close my hsbc relationship. Do not be surprised if you receive a similar letter.Please do not waste money on calling them, as they would not have any answer, all they will say is the decision has been made and they cannot help.
