Internet easy to access and use.
I really would not recommend the premier direct account as the customer service is appalling and if you have a problem the chances of reaching a human being to discuss the problem is non-existent in my experience, I also have a business account and the difference there with the level of customer service is so different ie. free call back, ready to help etc.
