Age of aircraft perhaps for some people?
I flew with TCD out to Sanford on the 17th September returning back to Manchester on the 1st of October. I can honestly say that this airline is better than BA. I flew in economy class and everything was perfect. Service from the cabin crew was excellent.
There is no personal TV monitor on TCD flights, but you can rent a Portable media Player loaded with 20 hours of content for £10/$20.
They are replacing there 747s in January with newer aircraft, so if you are travelling after this date, nothing should be a problem.
