“Housekeeper needs training in customer care, she was...”

★☆☆☆☆

Good Points
Staff at customer facing level were polite and helpful, We were booked for 4 days, but the good point is that we only stayed for 3!!!

Bad Points
There was no battery in the smoke alarm, disgraceful! The chalet was dirty and smelt awful!! The basic play for kids was ok if u like bingo and fish and chips The housekeeper was rude responding to a justified complaint with a defensive attitude, her first response was to say why I'd waited 3 hours to report it. I guess the amount or odour eliminator kept it at bay for a while, also we were looking around the cruddy facilities which were tired , although adequate for the money

General Comments
Housekeeper needs training in customer care, she was patronizing , arrogant, and rude, there was no need for her comments. She also had some rudeness for my nephew who went down at gone noon the next day, as she had promised the carpets would be cleaned at 11 am, and they hadn't shown up. He went down to buy some electricity cards after and was asked his chalet number. As she heard the chalet number ,she commented, ''oh I should know that number by now''. HOW RUDE, HOW unnecessary,, why the heavy sarcasm??? My nephew replied he would rather be getting on with his holiday, rather than having to get things put right that should be ok anyway.
When he mentioned about the Safety aspect by not having a working smoke alarm she seemed to bury her head in the sand.
SHE is not managing the place well, and her attitude is as bad as the awful chalet !!
