Car rented with Europcar was not uplifted when it was meant to be. I had to phone the depot to ask them to pick it up.
Deposit which was paid by Debit Card has still not been refunded more than three weeks after the end of the hire despite numerous calls. I was finally told yesterday that no deposits for hires that ended on 1st to 4th October have been refunded due to a banking problem!
Customer Services agents have been generally very unhelpful and have failed to deliver good customer service. I would NEVER hire from Europcar again and I would certainly not recommend them to anyone.
