Respond to mails very quickly, no problem getting refund (although not full)
Delivery quoted was completely fictitious
Ordered watch that allegedly had 5 year warranty, it did but a US/Canada/Carribbean warranty. Could have bought a watch with a US warranty much cheaper elsewhere. Bought watch with UK 5 year warranty elsewhere which also came with protective film on watch bracelet/face/back plus extra padding inside the actual watch box, none of this came with the timedon watch. Returned watch to timedon but did not receive full refund as they charged for posting, reasonable under normal circumstances, but not when one is expecting a UK watch and receives a US watch. All I can say is buyer beware!
