Good Points

I was very happy with the service I received from Hastings direct. I was recommended by my brother who has been insured with Hastings for several years and has always been happy to continue his insurance with them. I was very impressed with the way that my claim was dealt with, I thought they were professional, helpful and courteous.

General Comments

I have nothing but good things to say about Hastings Direct. In all of my dealings with them i have found there staff to be very professional. I found that my claim was dealt with in a swift and efficient way. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Hastings to any of my family and friends and I will continue to use Hastings as my insurer.
