Internet Banking is slick and works very well, branch staff usually friendly and efficient.
Are now totally unconcerned at helping customers, extremely poor attitude, very poor service for business customers.
We have had our business banked with Natwest for 10 years. We are highly profitable and have a decent amount of assets. We had never given them any problems, our accounts all ran perfectly. We could see a small cashflow problem looming due to some late funds and they turned us down flat for a temporarily extended overdraft. Couldn't speak to anyone in authority about it. We felt very, very badly treated. Very much 'computer says no' attitude and no common sense applied whatsoever. I would advise you not to bank with NatWest for your business.
