More than a cough mixture, clears mild throat infections too.

Bad Points
Taste, can taste like a type of toffee.

General Comments
Got rid of my sore throat and cough within a few days, has a secure cap fitting and needs it as the taste of the liquid reminds me of a toffee I used to have as a child.

Has a long shelf life and I would use again.
