Good Points

I got a large credit limit.

Bad Points

Balance transfer fee of 3% making their introductory 0% interest rate useless.

General Comments

I am completely unsatisfied with citi over my recent credit card. Following a very complex process of setting up the account and getting online (which took an almighty effort in itself) I realised they hadn't put through the balance transfer I had requested and they wanted to charge me 3% on the balance I wanted to transfer! I will pay off the balance and get rid.
